Franklin Park Alamo Heights is accepting applications for Maintenance Tech/Grounds.

Tuesday through Saturday, 8am-5pm, Pay: DOE QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a health care or assisted living community setting. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

Have a heart to serve Seniors. Have a minimum of one-year prior experience. Have serious attention to detail. Be very dependable. Want to work as part of a team. Have the ability to work patiently and appropriately with residents who may have significant problems with memory, reasoning, and/or other cognitive skills.
