Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gym equipment and facilities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and member concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas.
Assist in setup and breakdown for special events and activities.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall gym experience.
Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
