Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Pitman Night Shift) Location: Burlington, WA Hire Type: Direct Hire Pay Range: $85000-$100000 Work Model: Onsite Recruiter Contact: Samantha Marranca | 716-256-1271 | Nature & Scope: Positional Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations for a highly automated production facility. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling, assigning, and reviewing maintenance work, while ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Role & Responsibility: Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success Implement new equipment technologies, upgrades, and process improvements for manufacturing and quality enhancement. Supervise installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment. Coordinate product and process design changes with cross-functional teams. Analyze technology, resources, and customer demands to assess project feasibility. Oversee procurement of maintenance materials and technical services. Establish and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Supervise maintenance planning using automated software systems. Manage spare parts inventory to ensure cost efficiency and operational readiness. Lead continuous improvement projects and provide regular progress updates. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Select and manage contractors and suppliers for maintenance-related projects. Skills & Experience Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and robotic systems. Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and ladder/function block logic. Working knowledge of industrial PCs, PLCs (Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff Twin Cat), and electrical circuits. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong time and project management abilities. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance or reliability roles. Experience in highly automated environments preferred. Familiarity with ABB robots and fabrication processes is an asset.
