Levco Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of our real estate properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both routine and emergency repairs to ensure our properties maintain high standards, thus preserving and enhancing our assets' value. This key position requires a hands-on leader who can manage a diverse team and ensure that all facilities meet health and safety standards. Develop and implement a regular maintenance schedule for all properties. Supervise daily maintenance tasks and handle emergency repairs swiftly. Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and development as needed. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to carry out specialized repair works. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations concerning real estate maintenance. Manage budgets, forecast maintenance costs, and negotiate contracts to control expenses while ensuring quality work. Regularly inspect properties to identify issues and recommend proactive solutions to prevent deterioration. Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and senior management regarding maintenance issues and projections.
