The Maintenance Manager will lead day-to-day maintenance operations across all shifts, ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient equipment performance. This role will manage a team of 15 technicians and coordinate directly with production, quality, and engineering to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
Key Responsibilities Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all packaging and processing equipment, including bottling, hot-fill systems, and powder handling lines Supervise, train, and schedule a 3-shift maintenance team, fostering accountability and high performance Collaborate with Production and QA to ensure equipment readiness and compliance with safety and GMP standards Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and service contracts Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action efforts for equipment failures Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a high-speed manufacturing or co-packing environment Strong background in liquid bottling, hot-fill, and powder processing equipment Working knowledge of GMP, food safety, and OSHA regulations Proven ability to manage cross-shift teams and drive results in a 24/7 operation CMMS experience preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
