Ōnin Staffing is currently seeking skilled and dependable Machine Operators to join a growing production team at a leading plastic manufacturing facility in Chester, VA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth, great pay, and excellent benefits.
Work Experience Key Responsibilities: Operate injection molding or other plastic manufacturing machines Load materials and remove finished parts Conduct visual and manual inspections to ensure product quality Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify supervisors of any concerns Maintain production logs and follow work instructions Adhere to all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
Required Skills : Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic High school diploma or GED preferred
