Summary: The General Utility Associate supports the facility by ensuring smooth production operations, assisting with materials, paperwork, housekeeping, quality checks, and shipment staging. They help ensure products are correctly loaded, labeled, and shipped on time each shift.

Must have manufacturing experience Plastics experience would be a big plus

Essential Functions:

Collaborate with plant staff to maintain a safe work environment Start and operate mixer/production lines Empty production lines into pallets for WIP or finished goods Keep track of inventory produced during the shift Monitor and record downtime and its causes Use proper packaging materials suited to the product Build pallets to keep pace with product output Unload/load trucks and stage products appropriately Periodically inspect for quality issues visually or with tools Maintain cleanliness of the work area using 6S methodology Perform other duties as assigned Position Qualifications:
