Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer/Data Scientist to join their team! This position can either be remote or onsite in Los Angeles, California.

Duties: Design and implement novel and scalable AI solutions for real business problems Design and implement workflows to generate and manage assets for live streaming and VOD Prototype new approaches and productionize solutions at scale for hundreds of millions of active users Uphold high standards of software craftsmanship while delivering impactful results Offer expert advice to engineering teams and project leaders to navigate technical challenges Ensure your team produces consistently trustworthy and high-quality technical outputs that influence the business Work closely with peers, engineering leadership, and product management to drive project success Develop and refine creative writing prompts to guide generative AI in producing relevant and engaging content Desired Skills/Experience: Proven experience in Data Science and ML engineering Strong background in live media streaming and handling VOD content Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their underlying mechanisms Experience working with Vector databases Proficient in designing REST or GraphQL APIs Hands-on experience implementing production NLP and ML systems at scale Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch etc. Proficient with building batch and streaming data pipelines on cloud platforms Experience leveraging machine learning techniques for live and VOD assets Familiarity with Databricks for Data as well as ML workloads Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans 401K offered $50.00 - $70.00 (est. hourly rate)
