Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage detailed nursing care services and health education to our residents. Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other team members in delivering the highest quality of care to our guests. Administer safe and accurate medication interventions to guests. Assess guests' health status and promptly inform physicians of any changes. Implement physician orders without delay. Select and execute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guest conditions and prevent complications. Contribute to the assessment of guests and participate in developing personalized care plans. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting is preferred. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in your state. CPR certification.
