We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a 26-week contract! About the Role:

In this role, you'll provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care under RN supervision, focused on promoting dignity, safety, and improved outcomes for long-term care residents. You'll actively participate in interdisciplinary planning, contribute to care plans, and continuously evaluate and communicate resident needs.

Responsibilities Include:

Collect ongoing physical and psychosocial data for residents

Collaborate in care planning and recommend appropriate revisions

Support family/resident communication and satisfaction

Maintain clinical knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring

Contribute to a healthy and safe care environment

Demonstrate leadership within your LPN scope

Requirements:
