POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a compassionate and attentive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one medical support for a student or individual requiring assistance during transportation. The LPN will ride on the bus to ensure the safety and well-being of the assigned individual, monitoring their health status and responding to any medical needs during transit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide one-on-one medical supervision and support during transportation. Monitor the individual's health condition and respond to any medical emergencies as needed. Administer medications or treatments per physician's orders, if necessary. Ensure proper use of medical equipment, such as oxygen tanks, feeding tubes, or seizure precautions. Collaborate with bus drivers, school staff, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe and smooth transportation process. Maintain accurate documentation of health observations and any interventions provided. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Assist with safe boarding, seating, and exiting procedures for the individual. Requirements: Current LPN license CPR certification
