*Role Overview:* We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Fulfillment Manager to lead our shipping and logistics strategy—starting as an individual contributor and potentially growing into a team leadership role. This person will oversee Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) operations and develop a high-efficiency, multi-warehouse fulfillment network that delivers across channels with 1-2 day service levels.

*Key Responsibilities:*

· Own and optimize the *Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) *program to ensure compliance and top performance by maximizing availability of SFP for inventory.

· Maintain a *2-day delivery network* across all fulfillment channels, including Amazon and our direct-to-consumer websites.

· Balance inventory across multiple warehouse locations via transfers and shipments to minimize shipping costs and delivery time while balancing inventory and minimizing inventory carrying costs.

· Design and implement fulfillment strategies that accommodate *high-SKU count* operations and a wide range of *product sizes and weights.*

· Manage *complex order types*, including multi-item single-package and multi-package orders and kits.

· Continuously *analyze and optimize shipping costs* without compromising service levels.

· Monitor and improve key *Amazon and website performance metrics* (on-time delivery, tracking rate, valid tracking ID, etc.).

· Collaborate with warehouse partners and internal facilities to improve inventory and fulfillment efficiency.

*Required Qualifications:*

· Proven success managing Amazon 3P (Seller Central) operations, including but not limited to Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) and FBA

· 5+ years experience with *high-SKU, multi-item, multi-package* order fulfillment operations.

· Strong analytical and cost-optimization skills related to logistics and warehousing.

· Hands-on experience with *cross-warehouse inventory balancing both with transfers and new P.O.s.*

· Familiarity with fulfillment software, shipping platforms, and supply chain analytics.

· Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and scale operations strategically.
