This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $72,000.

Holiday pay per day: $230

Cent per mile rate: $0.52
Detention pay: $21-$26 per hour
Drop and hook pay: $40 per stop
Live load/unload pay: $56 per stop
Hazmat loads: $25 per load
Refrigerated loads: $30 per load
Daily tenure rate: $3-$36 per day after one year of service
Office work: $315 per day
San Diego Pay: $60 per stop
Vendor drop: $20 per drop
New hire training pay: $21 per hour
Manually Entered & Manager Approved Eligible Activities:
Driver assist: $10 per occurrence
Crosstown moves: $20 per move or $21 per hour
Dwell moves: $20 per move
Empty moves: $20 per move
Empty search: $21 per hour
Grapevine delivery pay: $20-$60 per occurrence
Mandatory meetings: $26 per hour
Mechanical breakdown pay: $21 per hour
Rail delay pay: $21 per hour
Refused delivery: $39 per occurrence
Truck order not used: $20 per occurrence
Waiting on dispatch: $21 per hour
Waiting on power unit: $21 per hour
Yard work: $21 per hour
X pay: $10 flat rate
Restacking pay: $21 per hour
Rework pay: $21 per hour
Overweight delivery move: $20 per move
Bobtail events: $20-$39 per occurrence
Compliance pay: $21 per hour
Conglobal/Montebello yard stacking: $39 per occurrence
Conglobal/Montebello yard unstacking: $20 per occurrence
Montebello yard chassis moves: $20 per move
DOT inspections: $21 per hour
Rest breaks paid at the hourly rate, plus an additional amount for the activity-based bonus payment.
