Schedule & Work Hours: 3x12-Hour Shifts/Week (Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected medical-surgical unit in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for clinicians who excel in delivering high-quality patient care across a variety of diagnoses and acuity levels. The selected RN will play a key role in assessment, care planning, and implementation of evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
- Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies and life-threatening situations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment conducive to patient healing
- Support new staff orientation and assist with clinical student instruction as needed
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to uphold high standards of care
Required Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Active RN License in the State of Wisconsin (or eligibility to practice)
- BLS and/or CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross (or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire)
- Entry-level RNs encouraged to apply
