Job Description:
As a Travel ICU RN , you'll deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in the Intensive Care Unit. You'll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals, caring for critically ill patients and responding to life-threatening situations with confidence and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients in accordance with facility protocols
* Monitor vital signs, administer IVs and medications, manage ventilators and other life-support systems
* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other nurses to implement effective care plans
* Accurately document patient status and care provided
* Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and state/federal regulations
Requirements:
* Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
* BLS and ACLS certifications required
* Minimum 1-2 years recent ICU experience
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
* Flexibility and adaptability in new environments
