The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. They will engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who exhibits passion for achievement and brings an internal drive to succeed and goal-oriented attitude. Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience Bilingual - Spanish Work Schedule: This position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
