Overview: The Line Cook/Grill prepares appetizing food using recipes created by Carle Health for Carle visitors and employees. Provides fast and courteous service to all customers while keeping a safe and sanitized work area.

Responsibilities: Sets up, operates and cleans grill station and kitchen. Assists with labeling, dating and putting food stores away. Maintains utensils, equipment and work areas in clean and sanitary condition. May perform duties as cashier by taking orders from customers on POS. Basic knowledge of cash handling.
