This cooking position works full-time and earns a competitive wage of $18 - $22/hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINE COOK

As a Line Cook, you are the key to our business! You are responsible for what happens in the kitchen, from food preparation to cleaning and restocking. You're usually cooking on the line! When preparing and cooking food, you ensure that you are using the correct ingredients, cleaning items as needed, following recipes, and cooking items thoroughly. Ensuring our dishes are in compliance with all health regulations is important. Food leaves our kitchen safe, quick, and delicious! You also help keep the kitchen clean, organized and stocked. You feel good about using your cooking skills to ensure that our customers leave our restaurant happy and full!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LINE COOK

• At least 16 years of age
