Positions available in the following zip-codes: 40219 and 40299. Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Sign-on Bonus: $500 (payable on the first paycheck) Stay Bonus: $500 (for those who stay from the start to the end of the pool season) Position Type: Part-Time Weekends (Temporary/Seasonal) Season Duration: Through Labor Day Work Schedule: Flexible hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday only.

What We’re Looking For: CPR and Lifeguard Certification Required (reimbursement may apply) Emergency Response Skills : Ability to stay calm and respond swiftly in emergency situations. Customer Service : Friendly, approachable, and willing to enforce facility rules. Pre-employment Screening : Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check. Experience : 6 months to 1 year of lifeguarding or similar experience is preferred but not required.
