This role provides compassionate, patient and family-centered care by serving as a trusted partner and advisor, helping individuals manage their health in alignment with their cultural values, personal needs, and treatment preferences. It requires strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to support timely, appropriate care, especially for patients with complex or potentially life-threatening conditions. Responsibilities include assisting medical staff during exams and procedures, conducting patient interviews and screenings, documenting vital signs and health data, managing incoming patient communications, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with policy.
