Key Responsibilities: We offer flexible shifts—full-time, part-time, and per diem! As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assisting CNAs in performing ADLs and routine care. Conducting resident/patient treatments. Administering medications as per physician orders and the Plan of Care. Placing pharmacy orders. Accurately documenting and recording all relevant information. Administering injections as prescribed. Monitoring resident health and communicating conditions to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians. Taking vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Providing basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging. Managing IVs and starting IV drips. Monitoring fluid and food intake and output. Observing and reporting any resident accidents, incidents, and signs of skin breakdowns. Assisting in the admissions process as directed.
