Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care services and health education for nursing home guests. Supervise the care/services delivered by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who provide guest care. Administer safe and accurate medication-related interventions. Assess guest health and promptly notify the physician of any status changes, implementing new orders as necessary. Select and implement suitable nursing interventions to stabilize guest conditions and prevent complications. Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and assist in developing personalized care plans. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state. CPR certification.
