Key Responsibilities We provide various shifts including Full time, Part time, and Per Diem. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your job responsibilities will include: Assisting CNAs with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and routine care. Conducting resident/patient treatments. Administering medication according to physician orders and the Plan of Care. Submitting pharmacy orders. Accurately documenting and recording all relevant information. Administering injections as prescribed. Monitoring and communicating resident health status to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians. Taking vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Providing basic care such as wound cleaning and bandaging. Managing IVs and starting IV drips. Monitoring fluid and food intake and output. Reporting any accidents, incidents, or signs of skin breakdown. Assisting with the admissions process as needed.
