As a Licensed Social Worker/Independent Licensed Therapist , you will provide treatment for a diverse array of mental health conditions tailored to the unique needs of our patient population. Key Responsibilities: Establish strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate care with external providers. Conduct screenings and assessments for common mental health disorders. Deliver treatment for various mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Monitor treatment response and track changes in clinical symptoms, ensuring timely adjustments when necessary. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation, adhering to all regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in social work or a related counseling field. Active and unrestricted LCSW license in New York. Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Skilled in using technology for professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, EMRs). Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-master's degree in social work. Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Schedule: Full-time hybrid, Monday to Friday, requiring at least two in-office days and two late days, either in-office or via telemedicine. The salary range for this position is $59,500 to $116,600 annually for full-time employment, based on various factors including local labor market conditions, education, experience, and certifications.
