A prestigious law firm seeks an experienced Estate Planning & Administration Legal Secretary  to join its New Orleans office. This role involves estate planning, estate administration, and successions (probate), requiring strong organizational skills and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Manage estate administration tasks, including probate filings, asset identification, and financial record maintenance. Coordinate deadlines and court filings. Interact with clients and financial institutions to gather necessary information. Assist in trust accountings and estate tax return preparations.
