Your work ensures that clients receive well-crafted, legally sound plans, giving them peace of mind for generations to come.Why Join Our Firm?You'll join a growing, supportive team that values process, purpose, and peopleYou'll have clear goals, structure, and space to growCompetitive Compensation: Earn a competitive hourly wage of $20 - $22, with opportunities for growth as you make a lasting impact on clients and the firm.Compensation:$20 - $22 hourlyResponsibilities:Drafting, proofreading, and formatting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.)Maintaining and updating client files in our case management systemCoordinating document signing appointments and finalizing execution packagesCommunicating with clients and team members to ensure accuracy and timelinessSupporting attorneys with document revisions and client service follow-upQualifications:At least 2 years of legal assistant or paralegal experience (estate planning preferred)Exceptional attention to detail - you don't let the small stuff slip byStrong computer skills - proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software (Clio or similar)Excellent written and verbal communicationA proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service or sales experience is a plusPossesses outstanding communication skills and a strong sense of empathyFamiliarity with case management or CRM systems is a bonusSolid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelPrevious legal experience is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredAbout CompanyAt Polaris Law Group, we've been helping families secure their futures since 2017.
