Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

* Draft and respond to discovery demands and subpoenas * Organize and maintain case files and related legal documents * Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel * Support attorneys in trial preparation and litigation tasks * Track deadlines and manage calendars for active caseloads

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a plaintiff’s personal injury firm * Strong working knowledge of discovery procedures * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment * Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
