Mission Recruiting is partnering with a nationally recognized personal injury firm in search of an experienced Legal Assistant to support their growing complex personal injury team in Tampa, Florida . In this role, you'll collaborate directly with attorneys, manage case files, coordinate depositions, and assist in discovery, trial prep, and court appearances. Ideal candidates will bring plaintiff-side civil litigation experience—especially in personal injury—and a strong foundation in discovery and legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence Handle discovery (propounding/responding) Manage legal research and filings Coordinate depositions and trial preparation Maintain organized client files and legal calendars Facilitate communication with courts, experts, and opposing counsel Provide support during trial, including appearances
Candidate Requirements: Prior plaintiff-side civil litigation experience (required) Strong discovery and legal documentation skills
