Morning Kick-off: Participate in kick-off meetings to discuss daily objectives and workload. Disseminate workload objectives to the team. Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with contractors and other trades sharing the workspace. Communicate daily status updates to the project manager. Safety and Documentation: Conduct daily and weekly safety inspections. Manage final project documentation. Material Management: Oversee the distribution and installation of materials on the job site. Ensure excess materials are returned and processed back into the warehouse. Quality Oversight: Monitor the quality of all work conducted onsite. Identify and correct any poorly conducted installations. Training and Support: Conduct onsite training for technicians with poor installation practices. Assist the project manager in progressing the project. Technical Communication: Explain complex technical processes in simple language to company and client staff. Resource Management: Assist in requesting and allocating labor. Track resource consumption. Remote Support: Utilize mobile device video calls or video conferencing applications to support project installations and troubleshoot issues.
