Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Experience in computer system development and modification Relevant experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis 5+ years working on government IT projects 5+ years eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business rules, processes, and requirements 1+ year experience with the SDLC 1+ year of hands-on experience with SQL databases Proficient in business modeling and graphical process flow techniques Preferred: International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) Certification such as PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
