Preschool Lead Teachers – BMH-BJ Preschool BMH-BJ Preschool, a vibrant play-based early childhood program in Denver, is seeking energetic and compassionate Lead Teachers to join our teaching team.

We are currently hiring for both infant/toddler and preschool-age classrooms (ages 1–5).

We are looking for educators who bring a deep love and patience for young children and who are warm, flexible, and collaborative.

Key Responsibilities:

Create meaningful connections with children and families  Incorporate Jewish traditions, values, and culture, with support, into the classroom  Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues  Create a classroom environment where families feel welcomed and involved in their child’s learning Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Plan and implement, with support, an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field At least 6 semester hours in Early Childhood Education (ECE) Experience working with young children in a licensed early childhood setting Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and a passion for play-based learning Must pass a background check Benefits and Compensation $21.00 - $25.00 Commensurate with Experience Health, Vision, and Dental ~ 40% Employer Covered Jewish and Secular Holidays are paid off  + Winter Break & Spring Break Starting at 8 Paid Days Off The joy of coming to work every day with Denver's brightest children and best educators!
