We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Team Member/Driver to join our landscaping crew. Experience driving with a truck and trailer is required. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess the ability to operate various tools and equipment necessary for maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in garden and lawn care.

*Duties* * Safely drive company vehicles to transport team members and equipment to job sites. * Assist in various landscaping tasks including landscape installations, delivering materials, and landscape maintenance * Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and high standards of quality are met on all landscaping projects. * Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, vendors, and customers * Follow safety protocols while on the job site to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

*Qualifications* * Proven experience in landscaping or is preferred but not required * Ability to drive a truck with a trailer * Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members. * A valid driver's license is required; experience driving larger vehicles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
