Job Summary:

We are hiring Landscape Maintenance Laborers to support our Right of Way Landscape Maintenance crew in Paulding County. This is a physically active outdoor position focused on maintaining the appearance and safety of roadside and municipal landscapes. If you enjoy working with your hands, being outdoors, and contributing to your local community, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weed eating, pruning, and debris removal along roadsides and county properties
• Operate small equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times
• Work as part of a crew under the direction of a foreman
• Maintain a clean and professional jobsite and vehicle

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or outdoor labor preferred but not required we will train the right individual
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
