KITCHEN MANAGER
Oversees all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and efficiency. Manage staff, maintain inventory, and contribute to the overall dining experience. Key responsibilities include supervising food preparation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, managing inventory, keeping cleaning standards at all times, and coordinating with other staff.
Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Enforces kitchen and personnel standards.
Ensuring food preparation meets quality standards, enforcing food safety regulations (including proper labeling, storage and handling), and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen at all times.
Being cost effective by monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, minimizing waste, and managing food costs.
Managing the workflow in the kitchem, optimizing processes and resolving issues on the spot that may arise.
Coordinating with the GM, AGMs and FOH to ensure smooth service and positive guests experience.
Contributing to the overall success of The Brass Tap and making it the team's favorite place to work.
Other duties as assigned.
