Location: Carlsbad, CA Discipline: Physical Therapist (PT) Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week School Year: Full school year (20252026) Work Environment: Onsite only Caseload: K12 students Assignment: Float between 2-3 school locations Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a supportive school-based team in Carlsbad, CA for the 20252026 school year. This role requires providing physical therapy services to K12 students and traveling between 2 to 3 school sites. Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services to students across K12 grade levels Complete assessments, write reports, and develop treatment plans Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Travel between assigned school sites as required Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license in California Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to travel between multiple school locations Compensation for this position ranges from $48 to $60 per hour.
