Junior Labor and Employment Associate - Los Angeles

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of employment litigation experience to join their Labor and Employment practice group in Los Angeles, California.

Qualifications: 2-3 years of employment litigation experience (law school Class of 2022-2023) Experience with employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class/collective action litigation, and investigations Experience with all (or most) of the following is preferred: responding to demand letters, drafting position statements and dispositive motions, handling discovery (including eDiscovery); and preparing for witness interviews and/or depositions, arbitrations, hearings, and trials Experience providing advice and counseling on a range of workplace law issues, including workplace accommodation, employment and separation agreements, reductions in-force, and employment related policies, is also preferred Strong analytical and writing skills Management side law firm experience JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials Admitted to the California state bar
