Job Description:
This position is for System Analyst(s) with technical competence in deployment, management, maintenance, and diagnostics of multiple technology platforms within medium to large environments.
Able to function effectively in their area of expertise within guidelines of department documentation.
Able to execute most change requests of simple to medium complexity on Windows workstations, Unix thin clients, Printers, Networks, iOS devices, Scanners, Tablets, and other hardware as needed.
Able to demonstrate creativity, drive solutions, and innovation. In addition, ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.
Serves as a technical resource for analysts in lower roles and interfaces effectively with customers. Must have excellent follow-through, verbal, and written communication).
IT Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
IT support will include the following areas of hardware /software support: Workstations
Virtual Desktop Support
iPads
iWatches
Printers
IGels (Thin Clients)
Citrix
Special Computers
HMIs
Dashboards
Access Requests
Basic PC hardware support
Key Responsibilities Activities Incident Management - The resource will be responsible for all Incidents assigned and action accordingly. The resource will be responsible for reporting and reconciliation activities for timely resolution and closure of incidents. The resource will be responsible for coordinating with Onsite Team with reporting and reconciliation activities.
Change Management - The resource will be responsible for all Service & Change Request assigned and action accordingly. The resource will be responsible for reporting and reconciliation activities for timely resolution and closure of incidents. The resource will be responsible for coordinating with Onsite Team with reporting and reconciliation activities.
CMDB - Create, Manage & Retire Assets information in SNOW, Stubby & MIND. Quarterly Reporting & Reconciliation Services.
Patch Management - Generate Report for Compliance, follow up with customer to improve compliance. Coordinate with Cyber Security Team for improvements.
Identity and Access Management - Review Service Accounts, Raise SNOW Request and follow up with AD Team to action appropriately.
OS Deployment - Build new Windows Workstation using approved Image
Other Activities - Coordinate in other activities like Fire Drill. Action as when directed by Global IT Team like SEP Management, Emergency MS Patches. Reconciliation activities around Active Directory Objects, DNS Entries
Session Initiation Protocol - Identify, Propose & Implement Areas of Improvement.
