It Support Specialist We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline support for end-user issues including hardware, software, and connectivity problems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and experience with common ticketing systems. Exposure to Windows, MacOS, and mobile device management is a plus. Requirements include 13 years of technical support or help desk experience, proficiency with Windows and/or Mac operating systems, basic knowledge of networking and peripheral support (printers, monitors, etc.), familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.), strong communication and customer service skills, and CompTIA A+ or similar certifications a plus.
