Selectek has an exciting new role for an experienced  IT Coordinator  that will manage and support all aspects of the organization’s technological infrastructure. This position is a  hands-on, solo role  responsible for maintaining network systems, supporting end-users, managing hardware/software, and coordinating with vendors and service providers. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting issues across various systems, and ensuring technology aligns with business objectives. The coordinator will support around 100 employees across seven locations. It is important that candidates have previous experience with remote log in support.

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and support requests across the organization. Install, configure, and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software systems. Administer and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Maintain and troubleshoot Windows/Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, and other business applications. Oversee user account management, security permissions, and backup procedures. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security of IT systems. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement, support, and maintenance contracts. Ensure data security, compliance, and regular updates to antivirus and system patches. Document IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Provide training and guidance to employees on basic IT practices and new tools.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, similar field or Extensive experience. 5 plus years’ IT experience preferably for a small/mid-sized company. Ideally the majority of the experience would come as a sole provider of IT support. Excellent communication and professionalism Strong technical skills in desktop support, networking, and systems administration. Experience offering remote support. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 with a strong TEAMS background. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Pay Rate: $75,000 - $100,000
