Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated IT Business Analyst with 25 years of experience to support the development and delivery of technology solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure and strong SQL skills, with a background in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs. Leverage Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, etc.) to support cloud-based project initiatives. Use SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting; assist with writing queries, stored procedures, and analyzing datasets. Create workflow diagrams, process documentation, and user stories to support software development lifecycle (SDLC). Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize enhancements, bug fixes, and new features. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with training materials and documentation. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 25 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and how they support enterprise applications. Proficient in SQL for data querying, validation, and reporting. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have):
