This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take their career in IP litigation to the next level. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation. A Technical background is strongly preferred. Undergraduate Degree: Computer Science or Electrical Engineering degree preferred. Strong experience handling all phases of IP litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation. Soft Skills: Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively or independently. Key Responsibilities Handle complex IP litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal, including patent and technology-related disputes. Appear in federal district courts, appellate courts, and before administrative bodies such as the PTAB.
