Job Description Job Summary
As an Inventory Control Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations by maintaining accurate system and physical inventory levels. Your primary responsibilities include cycle counting, conducting root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies, and coordinating with the planning, production, and shipping teams to meet customer requirements efficiently. Through inventory management, you will contribute to cost savings, minimize stockouts, and enhance overall supply chain performance.

Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.
Minimize stock outages by ensuring meticulous record-keeping and timely updates.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records, implementing corrective actions and providing team training.
Support and enhance inventory stocking strategies and warehouse management practices, such as optimizing physical layout, implementing Kanban or VMI systems.
Actively participate in Material Review Board (MRB) and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) activities to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Support and maintain comprehensive reporting for the planning and inventory team, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) / Material Requirements Planning(MRP) systems
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong regard for product quality and safety standards
Education & Experience
Required:
High school diploma
Preferred:
With a high school diploma: Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or relevant supply chain operations
With a bachelor's degree: No experience required
ASCM CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)

Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles.The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidates knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range:$22.00 - $29.00 hourly
