Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented RMA Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. This is a customer facing position. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure efficient handling of product returns, repairs, and replacements. This is a great opportunity to learn operational logistics, customer service workflows, and inventory control in a growing, fast-paced company.
Job Overview:
- Process/review all RMAs submitted via RMA Portal, request from sales and support team and other internal and external teams.
- Overall management of Repair/Return/SWAP RMAs.
- Process Activation and Deactivations related to devices repair and SWAP RMAs for US and International locations.
- Tracking and managing return inventories based on inventory involved in RMAs.
- Maintaining accurate records of RMA transactions and ensuring compliance with policies
- Calculation of credits related to SWAP RMAs
- Work with accounting regarding payments due from customer who have not returned devices.
- Demonstrate the RMA process for new hires in customer service in a workshop coordinated with their various team members.
- Coordinate and collaborate with our repair partners, United Changers, to maintain repair times and keep us at our 10 day turnaround per SLA.
- Work with other team members regarding providing quotes for RMAs outside of warranty.
- Train other team members on process & procedures related to RMAs.
- Attend customer meetings and necessary to discuss RMA process/Concerns.
- Attend meetings with various other company teams to assist with RMA related issues as needed.
- Research/Review/Document/Resolve issues reported internally and externally as related to RMAs.
- Attend Meetings and take detailed notes in these meetings.
- Handle RMA Escalations as necessary
- Individual will be trained as a backup shipper to help provide coverage for other team members when necessary. (Training will be provided)
- Additional tasks and responsibilities can be added as needed.
- Domestic and International travel may be required.
- Not a Remote Position, 3 Days In Office Required, 2 Days Remote which could change without notification
- Required to Supply At Home Amenities when working from home
