· Schedule: 8a–5p · Practice Setting: Outpatient · Type of cases and required procedures: Outpatient patient care; approximately 16 patients per day, plus in-basket messages · Credentialing timeframe: 90 days · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic · Certifications required: Must have Board certification in Internal Medicine, Basic Life Support (BLS) · Licensure required: Must have an active Washington State medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
