The ideal candidate will provide high-quality outpatient care in a well-supported clinical setting. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 Signing Bonus: $25,000 Relocation Assistance: $15,000 Licensing & Dues: $2,000 Continuing Medical Education (CME) Allowance: $4,000 Paid Time Off: 240 hours annually Malpractice Insurance: Claims-made policy with $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate, including tail coverage Health Insurance & Retirement Plans Additional Compensation Considerations: Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contractual agreements.
