In this role, you'll play a key part in bringing newly acquired dialysis centers into the DaVita family, launching new inpatient (Acute) dialysis programs, and supporting other strategic growth initiatives across the Village. What You'll Do Integration Planning & Execution Help build detailed integration plans across core functions-Deal Depot, PS, IT, Clinical, Operations, and Reimbursement. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure key milestones and deliverables are met. Monitor progress, flag risks, and help drive resolution of roadblocks as they arise. When needed, work directly with sellers and internal teams to align expectations, streamline communication, and support a smooth transition experience. Support communication and training efforts to ensure teammates are informed and empowered throughout the integration. Track and analyze integration performance metrics to monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities. Create presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal leadership updates. Document new processes, capture lessons learned and contribute to a growing integration playbook. Due Diligence & Planning Participate in due diligence activities to help assess risks and prepare for integration planning. Translate deal-specific insights into actionable plans for seamless execution. What You'll Bring Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Current or prior Davita experience highly preferred Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A proactive mindset-you're curious, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet. Passion for driving meaningful change and making complex projects feel simple. Other Requirements Travel: Up to 40% Availability: Occasional evenings and weekends may be required depending on project timelines.
