ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Licensed Insurance Representative for Jim Fox State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Our office has a long-standing reputation within the Lancaster area, and we are looking for Agent Team Members to add experience, engagement, and energy to our team. RESPONSIBILITIES
(include but are not limited to)
  • Presenting and selling insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Servicing existing client's insurance policies
  • Educating clients to help provide them the best policies for their needs
  • Resolving client inquiries and complaint in a timely manner.
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • ACTIVE Ohio Insurance License - Property/Casualty, Life/Health
  • Exceptional Customer Service experience
  • Ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships with new and existing customers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including grammar and professionalism
  • Ability to prioritize, pivot and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and develop your insurance skills in an everchanging market
