ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Representative for State Farm in Lodi, New Jersey, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engaging directly with customers through in-person meetings, email, or phone calls.
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Generating leads and selling a range of insurance products, including auto, home, business, and life insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Licensed in insurance is a plus; must be willing to obtain a license if they do not already have one.
