Position Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative , you'll be a key member of our Communication Services team. Youll manage local and regional sales activity from our Millersville, MD office, supporting inbound inquiries, nurturing leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role works closely with our outside sales team, marketing, and technical engineers to deliver solution-based communication services to our customers.
What Youll Do
Respond to and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
Manage sales pipeline in CRM system
Support proposal and quote development
Coordinate virtual product demos with technical staff
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
Provide education on PEAKEs services and technologies
Partner with marketing on regional campaigns and follow-up
Generate regular sales reports and forecasting
Represent PEAKE at local trade shows and events (as needed)
What You Bring
2+ years in inside sales, account management, or a customer-facing role (telecom or technology industry preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Basic understanding of telecommunications or IT concepts is a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven
U.S. Citizenship required
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Travel Requirements
Occasional local travel for customer visits or events
