Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Inside Sales Professional (ISP) is to identify and serve the needs of our customers, assist them in obtaining products or information and provide excellent customer service while filling the many needs of customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Process customer orders received in person (at the sales counter) or by phone, fax and E-Commerce to include company transfers and delivery request
Locate parts, equipment and supplies for our customers from various sources.
Support long term business relationships with our customers to help promote sales growth and gain acceptance
Assist in warehouse duties, which include pulling customer orders and putting away stock while occasionally operating a forklift
Promote new and existing products, upgrades and services to our customers
Assist customers with technical support and problem solving
Identify prospective/future customers through store or phone sales and communicate prospects to sales team (Territory Managers or Account Executives)
Maintain professional atmosphere of sales facility by restocking and maintaining both showroom shelves and product displays
Process warranties
Process Cycle Counts and assist in maintaining accuracy of physical inventory
Make occasional deliveries using site vehicle
Participate in after-hours On Call and Training classes
Work overtime as assigned
Work cooperatively with others
Comply with all company policies and procedures

The employee must lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. The employee may work in environments as cold as 20 degrees or as hot as 105 degrees. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
